Snuggle Squad Wholesale Terms & Conditions 

Pricing & VAT

• All prices shown on this website are inclusive of 15% VAT and are Ex Works. (excluding delivery)
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All export orders are zero-rated (no VAT applicable). 

Orders & Payment

• Once a wholesale order is placed online, we will respond with a Pro-Forma Tax Invoice (Quote) within 24–48 hours.
• On acceptance of the quote, we require full payment against the Pro-Forma Invoice.
• In-stock items will ship within 5–7 working days from receipt of payment. 

Shipping

• Local Delivery: We use DPD Courier and The Courier Guy.
• Shipping costs are payable once goods are ready to dispatch and on presentation of our Tax Invoice. Shipping cost estimates can be provided if requested.
• It is the client’s responsibility to insure the goods for shipping. Once goods have been dispatched, Snuggle Squad will not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transport.

Product Information

• All Snuggle Squad products are designed with care and made to the highest quality and safety standards. Our plush toys are recommended for children aged 3 years and older. For safety, please remove all hang tags and packaging before giving to a child. Warning: Choking hazard – small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Returns & Damages

• On receipt of products, the customer has 7 days to report any defective, damaged, or missing items.
• For defective/damaged products, we require images of the products and damaged cartons to be emailed to info@snugglesquad.co.za.
• Damages arising due to shipping (e.g., crushed boxes, broken crates, moisture) should be claimed through the shipping company’s insurance.
• If damages arise from defective workmanship, we will either replace the item or credit the client’s account to the value of the product. If we require goods to be sent back, this will be at our cost. 

Late Payments

• Amounts not paid within 30 days of invoice shall bear interest at 10% per annum, compounded monthly in arrears, from the date of invoice until the date of final payment.
• Ownership of goods remains with Snuggle Squad until payment has been received in full, including accrued interest, VAT, or any other applicable charges. 

Acceptance of Terms

• Placing an order with Snuggle Squad constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
