Snuggle Squad delivers straight to your door, across South Africa and around the world.

South African Deliveries

Local delivery costs start from R100 and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size.

Orders are dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa, usually within 1-2 working days.

We use trusted local courier partners for South African deliveries, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

We use The Courier Guy and you will receive your tracking number via email immediately upon order.

International Deliveries

We now proudly offer worldwide shipping with FedEx, making it easy for Snuggle Squad fans abroad to shop our range.
Free shipping on orders over R1400 only applies to SA.

International orders are shipped from South Africa using FedEx. Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local authorities, public holidays, remote destinations or circumstances beyond our control.

The shipping fee paid at checkout covers transportation only. It does not include any destination-country charges, which may include:

• Import duties and tariffs
• VAT, GST or other local taxes
• Customs clearance or brokerage fees
• FedEx disbursement or administration fees
• Quarantine, inspection or permit charges
• Storage or other charges imposed by customs, FedEx or local authorities

These charges vary by country and are payable by the recipient. Snuggle Squad cannot calculate or guarantee these costs before delivery. Customers should check their country’s import requirements before ordering.

If a recipient refuses delivery or does not pay the applicable import charges, the order may be returned to Snuggle Squad or abandoned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and any return shipping, duties, taxes or related costs incurred may be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Some destinations may not be available at checkout due to courier restrictions or varying shipping costs. Please contact us if your country is not listed.
