At Snuggle Squad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy.
**Eligibility:** Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They should be unused and in their original packaging.
**Damaged Products:** If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hrs of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a refund
**Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@snugglesquad.co.za. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
**Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
**Exchanges:** We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
**Shipping Costs:** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
